• Secure transformative Foundation partnerships, closing six to seven figure cash partnerships in support of an annual goal of approximately $7M+. • Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit leads for foundation relationships maintaining an aggressive pipeline of prospective donors. • Write grant proposals for $100K+, working closely with various teams seeking funds to resource the organization’s mission. • Prepare and present proposals externally to foundation decision makers. • Work collaboratively with SVP, Sr. Manager and others to build, manage and monitor pipeline, revenue and expense budgets related to foundation partnership grant agreements. • Develop strategies for positioning programs, projects, and requests to funders.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus. • 5-7 years in foundation relations, grant writing, outreach, account management and stewardship. • Experience using CRM and research databases. • Excellent writing and presentation skills. • Demonstrated experience with financial and budget management. • Valid Driver’s License. • Criminal background check (100/300/100 personal auto coverage).
