📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve full-stack web applications • Develop and integrate front-end and back-end features • Work closely with the team to turn product requirements into working solutions • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code • Take ownership of projects and features from development through implementation • Quickly research and learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed • Identify problems proactively and find practical solutions • Work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly • Collaborate with other team members to improve product functionality and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer / Developer • Experience building and maintaining production applications • Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development • Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out independently • Strong English communication skills • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly • Strong sense of urgency and ownership • Preferred: previous experience working at a startup or fast-growing company • Preferred: experience working on products from early-stage development through launch • Preferred: experience working in small, lean engineering teams • Preferred: experience with modern web development frameworks and technologies • Preferred: experience working remotely with distributed teams • Preferred: a track record of taking initiative beyond assigned tasks
