📋 Description
• Build features using Salesforce technologies • Communicate with Operatus consulting teams, including Architects and Admins, client business stakeholders, and development teams • Perform system design, development, testing, code review, performance engineering, performance tuning, and documentation • Participate in technical design sessions aligned with business objectives • Deliver and unit-test user stories leveraging the Salesforce platform • Develop toward becoming a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities for business stakeholders and partners • Support development leads in delivering features aligned with business objectives • Work with business stakeholders to design innovative solutions • Work with internal application teams to design and build APIs • Learn and use tools for source code control, version management, issue tracking, and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or bachelor's degree in an Engineering program with a minor in Computer Science • 2–4 years of relevant work experience • Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems • Good understanding of Salesforce product suite, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Direct configuration experience using Salesforce point-and-click developer interface • Comfort with programmatic Salesforce solutions such as Apex • Strong understanding of system design and development across the complete software product lifecycle • Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum • Development experience in at least one other object-oriented language, such as Java or C# • Salesforce certifications: Admin and Platform Developer 1
