• Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders at DACH customers • Capture functional and business requirements in clear, well-structured documentation • Map requirements to Oper's product and identify out-of-the-box functionality, configuration needs, and engineering needs • Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Review technical API documentation from core banking systems, CRMs, and online banking platforms • Work with Oper engineering to identify and define integration points • Document data flows, contracts, and edge cases • Recommend what to integrate immediately versus later • Configure mortgage products, business rules, and customer journeys inside the Oper platform • Validate configurations against agreed scope and acceptance testing • Lead training sessions for end users and customer champions • Support customers through go-live and early adoption, then hand over to Customer Success • Use AI tools to scaffold documentation, draft specifications, summarize workshops, accelerate analysis, and automate processes • Identify where AI compounds work and design an AI-native delivery workflow • Report to the Head of Customer Success and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
• 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting, including Big-4, boutique strategy/tech, or implementation consulting • Fluent in German (required) • Fluent in English (required) • Ability to structure messy customer conversations into clear documents, frameworks, and next steps • Enjoyment of customer and end-user interaction and workshops • Comfortable reading API documentation, understanding integration patterns, and configuring software • No coding required, but must be comfortable with technical concepts • AI-native working style with concrete experience using AI tools and workflows for leverage • Action-oriented and able to get things done in ambiguous situations • Comfortable in a fast-growing, evolving SaaS environment • Familiarity with the European mortgage market or financial services more broadly is a bonus • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations, integrations, or workflow configuration is a bonus • Experience working with banks or lenders as clients is a bonus • DACH-based • Able to work CET hours • Willing to travel to Antwerp roughly quarterly and to DACH customers as needed
