📋 Description

• Plan and conduct regular prospecting activities targeting businesses, retail outlets, industrial sites, public-sector organizations, property management companies and other professional clients. • Identify security needs, assess project requirements and recommend a suitable solution through a consultative approach. • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals in collaboration with technical teams. • Develop sales of security installations and recurring revenue streams, including equipment provision, remote monitoring and maintenance services. • Close sales, hand over project files to local technical teams and support clients through project completion. • Build customer loyalty, identify new needs and develop a local network of referrers and partners. • Record activity in the group’s business tools and monitor prospecting, opportunities, sales and recurring contracts. • Organize activities from a home office and attend meetings with prospects and clients. • Coordinate communications with sales management and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally serving professional clients. • You are motivated by prospecting and winning new customers. • You are organized and self-motivated: you can plan your week, sales routes and follow-ups while regularly reporting on your activity. • You are comfortable working from a home office and collaborating with remote teams. • You have strong listening, negotiation and customer follow-up skills, along with an interest in technical solutions. • Experience in electronic security or selling technical solutions is an advantage. • Knowledge of the local business community is valued. • A valid Category B driver’s license is essential for business travel. • Field experience and skills take precedence over formal qualifications.
