📋 Description

• Organize and conduct regular prospecting among businesses, retailers, industrial sites, local authorities, property management companies, and other professional clients in the sector. • Identify prospects’ security needs, assess their projects, and recommend an appropriate solution using a consultative approach. • Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals in coordination with the technical teams. • Drive sales of installations and recurring revenue through equipment leasing, remote monitoring, and maintenance services. • Close sales, hand over complete project files to the local technical teams, and support clients through project completion. • Build customer loyalty, identify new needs, and develop a local network of referrers and partners. • Record activity in the group’s systems and monitor prospecting, ongoing opportunities, sales, and recurring contracts. • Organize activities from a home office and attend meetings at prospects’ and clients’ premises. • Work closely with the sales management and technical teams across the group.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally with professional clients. • Motivated by prospecting and winning new customers. • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to plan your week, sales visits, and follow-ups while regularly reporting on your activity. • Comfortable working from a home office and collaborating with remote teams. • Strong listening, negotiation, and customer follow-up skills, along with an interest in technical solutions. • Experience in electronic security or selling technical solutions is an advantage. • Knowledge of the local business community is a plus. • Field experience and skills are valued more highly than formal qualifications. • A valid Category B driving licence is essential for business travel.
