•The Entry Level Full Time Recruiter position is responsible for overseeing the day to day scheduling of events for multiple clients managing an applicant tracking system and calendar. •This would entail interaction, correspondence and scheduling candidates through multiple platforms, whether that be through phone calls, texting, emails and job boards. •A majority of the position entails contacting 100 candidates daily to yield a full booked interview schedule required by the client’s expectations. •A recruiter should be personable and knowledgeable of the client, market, and position, providing the best interviewing experience for prospective candidates. •Their main goal is to schedule candidates accordingly and guide them through the entire interview process. •Full cycle recruiting will start from reviewing and qualifying resumes, to scheduling a preliminary interview, and any interview processes in between, to onboarding and the overall goal of scheduling a candidate’s first day of training. •A recruiter’s performance will be based on the overall growth of an office. •It is essential that a recruiter is able to manage their time, multi-task, and stay organized as this position will require them to be adaptable to work with different markets and clients across the US.
