📋 Description

• Handle an average of 30–40 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance. • Support customers with order inquiries, returns, and after-sales questions. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, technology, and benefits. • Log customer interactions accurately and collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical or complex concerns promptly. • Participate in ongoing product and customer service training.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry. • Background in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness is highly preferred. • Clear, friendly, and professional phone manner with strong verbal and written English skills. • Familiarity with skincare products, beauty devices, and common industry terminologies. • Comfortable using systems, call software, and Google Workspace tools. • Empathetic, patient, and solutions-driven; capable of managing multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
