📋 Description

• Plan and conduct product discovery with creators, users, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders • Test product assumptions using evidence • Synthesize conversations, usage signals, and market research into problem statements, user journeys, opportunities, and priorities • Partner with design and engineering to explore solutions, sketch flows, define MVPs, and make trade-offs • Translate product decisions into design briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical workflows • Work with engineering on dependencies, APIs, data flows, AI/media capabilities, privacy, and reliability • Test releases with users • Measure adoption and friction • Improve onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention based on post-launch learning • Own the product path from research and product decisions through design and post-launch learning • Lead customer conversations independently and turn feedback into actionable recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 4-7 years of relevant experience • At least 2-3 years owning product discovery and delivery for a software product • Technical fluency, including discussing architecture and implementation choices with engineers • Understanding of APIs and data flows • Ability to write precise requirements without prescribing every solution • Strong interviewing and synthesis skills • Good product judgment and a bias for simple solutions • Ability to collaborate across time zones • Clear communication in English, in writing and live conversations • Nice to have: experience with consumer social or community products, creator tools, media workflows, subscriptions/monetization, or AI-assisted products • Candidates must be based in Poland • Availability for dependable overlap with the US East Coast team and user interviews • Successful completion of a take-home assignment and final interview with the CEO
