📋 Description

• Create diverse projects including web, decks, billboards, swag, events, and more while ensuring cohesive design across channels • Develop and refine templates and guidelines for Optro’s visual identity, contributing to the strategic evolution of its aesthetic • Collaborate with internal and external teams on creative, production, and brand marketing efforts like campaigns, events, and demand generation • Maintain organization within working files, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Proficient designing in Figma, present work to cross-functional partners, and participate in design reviews to refine ideas through feedback • Stay updated with the latest design tools and techniques while collaborating with producers to move projects forward • Maintain a high standard of craft, delivering pixel-perfect work while elevating the output of others

🎯 Requirements

• BFA in graphic design or a similar field • 4+ years of experience in brand design • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills in areas such as typography, editorial design, logo design, and infographics • A solid understanding of graphic design principles and current trends • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and self-manage • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Think systematically, execute consistently, and collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, and other designers • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Embrace feedback, navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrate eagerness to grow, learn, and continually improve your craft • Creative mindset and ability to adapt to change • Able to accomplish given work quickly and thoughtfully • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and tasks at once • Be kind, curious, and generous
