📋 Description

• Manage partner sales pipeline in the EMEA regions • Actively identify and recruit new strategic partners in the EMEA regions • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth and customer success • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, demand generation programs, and sales enablement activities • Develop and execute business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals • Provide input on product roadmap and enhancements based on partner feedback and market trends • Continuously monitor and analyze the partner landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends • Monitor and update our CRM and related systems with critical partner intelligence • Other partnership and sales activities as required, from time-to-time.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 -5 years of proven experience in partner management or business development in the technology industry in EMEA • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience working with Microsoft partners • Technically-savvy with a flair for product demos • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with partners • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams especially in remote, async-first cultures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events, ~20% of the time within EMEA • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities. • Strong English skills are a must-have - optionally Dutch, French, German and Swedish are a big plus!
