📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design initiatives from problem framing and information architecture through UI design, validation, and implementation QA • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, define scope, and align design decisions with platform constraints and business goals • Engage directly with end users, domain experts, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, present design iterations, and align decisions • Test and evaluate solutions through scenario walkthroughs, SME sessions, usability testing, and other validation methods • Define reusable interaction patterns, align with the Design System, and deliver annotated flows, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and component specifications • Champion accessibility, performance, and data-dense usability across graph/network views, timelines, map/geospatial interfaces, and tabular record sets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/enterprise or analytical products; portfolio required showing end-to-end process and product impact • Strong product thinking, systems thinking, trade-off evaluation, technical feasibility, and business context understanding • Ability and willingness to own the entire product lifecycle, from early framing and user research to visual polish and design QA • Experience contributing to an internal design system • Demonstrated experience with high-complexity UX, including dashboards, graph visualization, large structured/unstructured datasets, or time-series data • Excellent communication skills with engineers, product leads, and non-design stakeholders • Strong Figma practice and ability to implement flexible design components with disciplined component structures and documentation • High self-direction in a remote setting • Working understanding of web technologies and platform constraints, including cloud versus air-gapped environments • Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, prototyping, or exploration, with thoughtful and critical use and strong design judgment • EU/NATO citizenship and eligibility for security clearance • Full professional fluency in English (C1+) required
