📋 Description

• Installation and technical commissioning of the INTEGRA ERP solution • Configuration and parameterization of INTEGRA according to customer requirements • Analysis and assessment of existing IT infrastructures as a basis for optimal system configurations • Optimization of performance, stability and availability of existing ERP installations • Support for migrations, updates and release changes • Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues involving infrastructure, databases and the ERP system • Close collaboration with consulting, software development and support on technical challenges • Preparation of technical documentation as well as installation and operations concepts • Contribution to the development of technical standards, installation processes and best practices • Building technical expertise for the INTEGRA ERP platform and gradually taking responsibility for complex customer environments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline • Strong technical understanding of Windows Server and IT infrastructures • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases • Experience with virtualization technologies, ideally VMware • Basic knowledge of networking, Active Directory and Windows Server administration • Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for understanding complex technical interdependencies • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style • Good written and spoken German • Plus: Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise software • Plus: Knowledge of SQL, database analysis or performance optimization • Plus: Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages • Plus: Knowledge of storage, backup or high-availability solutions
