📋 Description

• Execute functional, exploratory, and regression testing across complex enterprise workflows • Validate data integrity using SQL and trace defects across multi-system environments • Manage and maintain test cases in TestRail • Track work items in Azure DevOps • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and communicate findings clearly • Act as a quality advocate • Build toward automation ownership using Playwright or similar frameworks • Own end-to-end functional and regression testing for Diagnostics workflows where assigned • Perform API and integration testing across REST, GraphQL, and EDI healthcare platform systems where assigned • Perform functional and integration testing across enterprise financial operations platforms where assigned • Validate invoice and payment lifecycles, ERP integrations, and production regression where assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of Quality Engineering experience • Strong fundamentals beyond test execution • Comfortable and effective performing manual testing • Engineering mindset focused on frameworks, test coverage strategy, and quality architecture • SQL proficiency for data validation across relational databases • Experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking • Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools • Automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar, or a clear drive to develop it • Strong communication skills • Async-first and remote-capable • English proficiency • Candidates must currently be based in Latin America • Billing or claims experience, including HCFA and ICD codes, is a strong plus for Diagnostics • REST, GraphQL, and EDI API/integration testing and backend-first mindset for Central Intake / Platform • Oracle EBS or APEX experience is advantageous for FinOps
