• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, events, and other channels to build awareness and generate demand. • Own and evolve Orion’s brand messaging to ensure consistency across platforms including LinkedIn, blog, website, press, and email campaigns. • Drive go-to-market strategies for events, campaigns, and productized services, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth. • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing activities with business objectives, delivering on quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Analyze content performance, audience insights, and competitive trends to continuously refine campaigns and uncover new opportunities. • Mentor and guide our Marketing Coordinator to elevate Orion’s voice in the market and scale brand awareness. • Champion innovation — testing, iterating, and introducing new approaches that keep Orion ahead of industry and competitor trends.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within Technology Professional Services or SaaS ecosystems. • Proven success executing end-to-end campaigns that drove measurable business outcomes (pipeline growth, lead conversion, revenue impact). • Strong command of digital channels — particularly LinkedIn, email, websites, and social platforms — with an eye for what’s next. • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills across multiple mediums: social, blogs, press, email, and web. • A track record of staying ahead of industry trends and bringing innovative ideas to the table. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to partner directly with executives. • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution — comfortable building the strategy but equally willing to roll up your sleeves. • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a growth mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
