📋 Description
• Manage an active caseload of California workers' compensation defense matters • Represent clients before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board • Draft pleadings, reports, and case evaluations • Communicate directly with clients and court personnel • Appear at hearings and conferences as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Active California State Bar license in good standing • 2+ years of defense attorney experience • California workers' compensation defense experience strongly preferred • Strong writing, communication, organization, and case management skills • Comfortable working remotely in a paperless practice environment
