📋 Description

• Review and interpret architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and detailed wall sections. • Perform accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock scopes. • Analyze and work with complex plans, including wall types, assemblies, and finish schedules. • Utilize STACK software to complete takeoffs efficiently and accurately. • Work across residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, including large-scale builds. • Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proven experience in construction takeoffs, specifically in painting, drywall, tile, and sheetrock. • Ability to confidently read and interpret complex architectural drawings, including detailed wall sections and assemblies. • Experience in commercial, multifamily, and residential projects is required. • Proficiency in STACK software (required) with the ability to work independently. • Ability to handle large-scale and complex projects with minimal supervision. • Strong understanding of wall details, materials, and finishes. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently. • Excellent English communication skills
