âą Monitor competitor product strategies, benefits, network positioning, and market activity âą Develop competitor profiles, market summaries, strategic insights, and executive ready presentations âą Conduct market and competitive analysis using regulatory filings, enrollment data, financial reports, consumer insights, and industry research âą Support development of product and market recommendations tied to growth, retention, and portfolio optimization goals âą Partner with product, actuarial, network, clinical, sales, and market leadership teams to evaluate market opportunities, growth, and risks âą Produce recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses related to product positioning and market dynamics âą Identify emerging trends, disruptive market shifts, and new ideas across the healthcare landscape âą Support strategic planning programs and market-specific business case development âą Contribute to development of standardized product specific intelligence frameworks and processes âą Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations âą Other duties as assigned
âą Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, economics, public health, or related field âą 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, market intelligence, insurance product, analytics, or consulting âą In-depth knowledge of the ACA, QHP plans, and health insurance market dynamics âą Experience developing executive-level presentations and recommendations âą Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
