📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites (approx. 80% travel) to provide hands-on service for various types of equipment • Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems • Interface with PLC systems to upload/download programs, troubleshoot logic, and perform control system adjustments • Collaborate with dealer technicians for troubleshooting assistance • Review technical documentation to ensure accurate service procedures • Maintain detailed documentation through work order systems • Participate in OEM testing and equipment upgrades as needed • Provide end-user product orientation and safe operating procedures at customer sites • Mentor or train junior technicians when required

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • five (5) or more years of relevant experience in machine assembly, light fabrication; or previous relevant contracting experience with Oshkosh Corporation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role • Ability to travel up to 50-60% • Proficient in: Electrical diagnostics and repair • Mechanical systems and component-level service • Hydraulic diagnostics and repair • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must be able to obtain a passport if necessary • Must be able to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
