• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in bridging the Sales and Marketing teams. • This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and managing outreach efforts. • The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and reporting key sales metrics. • Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients. • Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns. • Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead interactions. • Book qualified appointments for Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers. • Assist in executing outbound prospecting strategies and marketing campaigns. • Provide weekly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all lead management activities.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role. • Strong ability to conduct cold calls and convert leads into appointments. • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (near-native proficiency preferred). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher). • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow a structured sales cadence. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets. • Experience in IT services or professional services sales (preferred). • Background in small business sales development (preferred).
