• You are responsible for continuously expanding our market position in the Franconia/Upper Palatinate region (postal codes 07, 08, 90–93, 95, 96). • You manage existing customers in your sales territory and acquire new customers. • Supported by an internal sales team, you act as a knowledgeable personal contact for our customers on all matters related to the Ostermann product range. • Together with sales management, you define sales targets and achieve them through the sales activities, customer contacts and customer visits you plan in a goal- and results-oriented manner. • You prepare sales analyses and develop measures and action plans based on these analyses.
• You have completed technical training in woodworking (e.g., joiner/carpenter) or hold a commercial qualification, and ideally have experience in trading wood-based materials. • You have several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales. • You are a strong communicator and a goal-oriented personality who can work independently as well as in a team to achieve sales objectives. • You are IT-savvy. • You have a place of residence in the region.
