• Responsible for the continuous expansion of the market position in the Franconia/Upper Palatinate region • Manage existing customers and acquire new customers • Serve as the competent point of contact for all topics related to the Ostermann product range • Achieve sales targets through planned sales activities • Prepare sales analyses and develop measures and action plans
• Completed technical training in woodworking (e.g., carpenter/joiner) or a commercial/business qualification • Ideally experience in the trade of wood-based materials • Several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in field sales • Strong communicator with a goal-oriented approach • IT-savvy • Residence within the region
