📋 Description

• Provide technical and sales support for accounts and channels in the assigned territory • Perform technical, product and solution presentations for customers, partners and prospects • Assist with development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities • Conduct POC testing, RFP and technical-solution drafting, competitor analysis, and organize training, media soft-paper and promotional documentation • Deliver internal training for sales and marketing teams and external training for channel partners and key customers • Provide remote and on-site support for customer technical problems • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for key customers • Promote A10 product solutions in a pre-sales role • Perform customer demonstrations, explain product features and benefits, assist with network designs, and configure equipment to customer requirements

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in EE or CS (or equivalent) with 8+ years of related industry experience • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Pre-sales role • Knowledge of Layer-4-7 protocols and technologies, such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS and SSL/TLS • Strong L2/L3 expertise with an emphasis on network routing protocols, such as OSPF/BGP • In-depth knowledge of Virtualization, Cloud-Native, Application Acceleration, DDoS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation/IPv6 Migration technologies and Traffic Security • Understanding of Gen AI Architecture • Strong operating experience in at least one of: Application Delivery Controller, Enterprise Applications, Network Security • Relevant certifications are highly desirable, including A10 Certified Professional, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, JNCIA/JNCIP, F5 201/301/401, or Palo Alto/Fortinet certified engineer • Competitive knowledge in Layer 4-7 switching, solutions, technology and product offerings • Knowledge of company, competitive landscape, technologies, solutions, product strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats • Knowledge of mobile service provider/ISP protocols and technologies, such as CGNAT, Gi/SGi Firewall, GTP Firewall, DDoS Clean Pipe • Scripting experience in Shell or TCL and Unix/Linux technical experience • Experience with container orchestration solutions such as OpenShift and Kubernetes • Ability to work independently and effectively as a team member
