• Coordinate between Area Executives, employees, and customers • Attend examiners' reporting place to obtain previous-day feedback and plan the daily schedule • Conduct annual equipment surveys and plan preventive repair schedules • Conduct NIS before taking over new construction and modernization jobs • Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe work practices • Conduct Fatality Preventive Audits and toolbox demonstrations • Prepare quarterly review reports and make “T” orders • Monitor callbacks, especially the top ten calls received • Inspect and re-inspect work progress and conduct random quality checks • Allocate manpower daily based on callbacks • Ensure adherence to EH&S policies and practices • Maintain client rapport and address examiners' problems • Correspond with clients regarding contract renewals, quotations, PA settlements, and service contracts • Inspect elevators two months before free service contract expiry • Negotiate contract and T-order pricing • Handle conversions, identify potential T-business, pursue acquisitions and recoveries, and achieve targets • Follow up on invoices and payments and update conversion/recovery cancellations in the system • Review Net O / Payment regularly • Mitigate or control issues identified through the JHA risk-assessment process • Conduct assigned EH&S inspections/audits and ensure corrective actions are completed on schedule • Conduct FPA and complete corrective actions by target dates • Participate in incident investigations • Lead the team and facilitate task completion
• Diploma / BE / B Tech • Minimum 9+ years of experience in Service from the elevator/escalator industry • Technical knowledge of lifts/escalators • Basic computer skills • Team-handling experience • Ability to drive a two-wheeler
