📋 Description

• Define and own a multi-year, enterprise-wide meetings and engagements strategy aligned to commercial, medical, and corporate priorities • Enhance and evolve SOPs, templates, governance models, and planning standards • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements (MLR, HCP standards) • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform on event portfolio optimization and effectiveness and business impact • Oversee an enterprise portfolio including commercial meetings, HCP speaker bureaus, congress events, and internal leadership events • Oversee execution of end-to-end event planning including logistics, sourcing, travel, production, and on-site execution • Implement enterprise planning processes, including calendars, resource planning, and capacity models • Drive efficiency and scalability across franchise and brand teams • Oversee enterprise HCP speaker program strategy and execution • Lead enterprise vendor strategy, including sourcing, onboarding, governance, and performance management • Own budget planning, forecasting and optimization • Influence and align senior and executive stakeholders across multiple functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in meetings & events, preferably in pharma/biotech, including enterprise level scope and strategic accountability • Experience with enterprise level scope, strategy ownership, and transformation initiatives • Deep knowledge of vendor relations, regulated environments and compliance framework • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
