📋 Description

• Support departments, clinics and providers with education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows. • Independently identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting professional revenue. • Provide targeted education and recommendations to providers and departments to improve revenue cycle performance. • Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders by running and reviewing standard reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement. • Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience • CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date.
