📋 Description

• Support end-to-end enhancements and projects, from design through production deployment, using an Agile approach • Participate in functional workshops and project steering meetings • Analyze business requests through User Stories • Challenge business requirements and propose solutions or alternatives for complex requests • Document detailed functional specifications in Confluence • Participate in the analysis of production tickets and tickets during user acceptance testing • Track the end-to-end development of assigned topics • Participate in functional, regression, and end-to-end testing • Ensure solution quality • Provide user support • Participate in coordination meetings with the development team based abroad • Communicate with management to escalate risks and issues and share progress on ongoing actions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken • Experience supporting business stakeholders (MOA) • Experience managing Agile projects using the Scrum methodology • Experience with a modeling tool or methodology, such as UML • Strong written communication skills • Familiarity with requirements management tools, such as Confluence • Familiarity with ticketing and test management tools, such as JIRA and Xray • Strongly preferred technical knowledge: SQL, XML, and Java EE • Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus • Knowledge of Web Design (UX/UI) is a plus • Self-directed and well organized • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously • Customer-focused and service-oriented • Proactive and able to make recommendations • Enjoys working as part of a team
