• Provide day-to-day operational support to property managers, owners, and residents. • Respond to tenant and owner inquiries promptly and professionally. • Handle leasing inquiries, conduct tenant screenings, and assist with move-ins and move-outs. • Prepare and issue notices (lease renewals, delinquency notices, violations, etc.). • Assist in advertising and marketing vacant properties. • Prepare and review lease agreements for accuracy and compliance. • Create, assign, and track work orders in property management software. • Assist in rent collection and track delinquencies. • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies.
• Minimum 2 years of property management experience in residential, multifamily, or HOA. • Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred; Buildium, Yardi, or similar tools acceptable). • Strong knowledge of leasing, move-out coordination, lease renewals, and evictions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and fair housing policies. • Experience handling U.S.-based property management clients. • Background in accounting support (rent ledgers, AP/AR). • Previous experience in vendor management and contract review.
