📋 Description

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness. • Build predictive models to forecast sales, optimize inventory, and anticipate customer preferences. • Perform customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis to support retention strategies. • Design and evaluate A/B tests for features, pricing, and campaigns. • Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or distribution). • Strong proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL. • Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Matplotlib/Seaborn). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) (preferred). • Familiarity with supply chain or logistics data (preferred). • Knowledge of NLP techniques for analyzing customer reviews or social media (preferred). • Experience with the UK e-commerce and retail landscape (preferred).
