📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential or commercial properties • Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors • Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs • Track rent collections and address any delinquencies or payment issues • Ensure compliance with local property regulations and fair housing laws • Maintain accurate records and documentation in property management software • Generate reports on financials, occupancy, and operational performance • Collaborate with property owners to meet property goals and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in property management (2+ years) • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
