📋 Description

• Monitor the onboarding and registration process for new INR clients. • Liaise with the legal department when necessary for changes to documents related to the area; • Handle INR registrations with the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission) and the Central Bank of Brazil; • Coordinate with the custody team on procedures related to investors' assets; • Manage and organize received documents; • Support requests from other departments when related to the product; • Monitor collection of clients' quarterly and annual fees/costs; • Handle inquiries and requests from INR clients; • Analyze the legality and economic rationale of INR foreign exchange transactions; • Conduct meetings with INR clients (occasionally in English). • Communicate with clients and law firms to clarify requested transactions;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or Foreign Trade (International Trade); • Advanced English for reading, writing and speaking (will participate in meetings in English); • Knowledge of processes related to onboarding, registration (CVM and BCB) and monitoring of INR clients for investment purposes in the capital markets (legal representation and custody under Joint Resolution 13); • Knowledge of legislation and updates (CVM and BCB) related to legal representation activities; • Basic knowledge of securities; • Availability to work at Av. Paulista 4 days per week;
