📋 Description

• Ensure regulatory compliance, security and efficiency of implemented solutions; • Participate in strategic projects and propose improvements to transactional flows; • Monitor and validate deliveries, ensuring adherence to requirements; • Track and maintain a strategic view of tickets with consulting firms, ensuring efficient resolution and alignment with business needs; • Support the business area during the homologation/acceptance process; • Prepare and monitor execution of GMUDs (Change Management Requests); • Oversee implementation and post-implementation phases, ensuring system stability and efficiency; • Work on the support and continuous improvement of payment platforms, monitoring performance and availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; • Knowledge and experience with the following modules from the vendor Função Informática: • Autorizador / Esteira de Crédito (Authorizer / Credit Workflow); • C3 (Acquisition and Assignment of Credit); • Gestor de Acordos (Agreement Manager); • CTC - Portability; • Motor de Averbação INSS (INSS Averbação Engine); • Database knowledge for analysis and data extraction (SQL Server); • Simulation and analysis of API calls using Postman; • Analytical thinking and systemic/holistic vision to operate in a critical environment; • Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills; • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to deadlines and delivery quality.
