📋 Description

• Lead and manage Outseer’s Americas sales team, overseeing a group of Account Managers. • Drive the adoption of Outseer software solutions and related services in both new and existing accounts. • Set and achieve ambitious sales quotas, cultivating a motivated sales culture. • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with Outseers go-to-market goals. • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales organization. • Oversee the performance of Account Managers, with a hands-on approach when necessary. • Set and achieve aggressive sales quotas, ensuring team motivation. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account planning. • Drive disciplined pipeline development and management. • Foster strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their needs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years in sales leadership, with a proven ability to manage and expand enterprise software sales teams. • Minimum of 6 years selling fraud software solutions to the financial services vertical. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • In-depth knowledge of financial services and fraud prevention sectors. • Skilled at maximizing impact with limited resources in fast-paced, evolving environments. • Proficient in leading sales teams across diverse regions and geographies. • Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and nurture team growth. • Superior interpersonal and communication abilities for building relationships and influencing stakeholders. • Strong capability to interpret sales data and identify actionable trends. • Resilience and agility to thrive amid dynamic market conditions. • Proven success in driving rapid talent, process, and systems transformation using structured change management frameworks and a project-oriented approach. • Experience leading robust, efficient, and effective account planning processes that help drive reduced churn, upsell and cross-sell through strategic customer engagement. • Commitment to continuous improvement, achieving high standards, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
