📋 Description

• Ensure the successful delivery of Outsight's Spatial Intelligence solutions to clients • Drive multiphase software and hardware customer implementations effectively • Monitor project cash-flow in terms of revenue and costs • Manage several engagements concurrently, potentially between 2 to 5 customers • Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations • Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups • Analyze and resolve technical issues during implementation • Conduct weekly status meetings with customers • Provide tailored training sessions to the end user • Ensure implementation success before transitioning to customer success team • Interface with internal product, engineering, and sales resources • Contribute to the product input feedback process to ensure valuable customer input • Identify stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio and provide insights to the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Engineering or Business) • 5 to 7+ years of experience, ideally including 2+ years in a Technical role (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering) • 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment • 3-5+ years of Project management with multi-disciplinary teams • Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 (Good to have but not mandatory) • Native Spanish speaking is required • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work with minimal support • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
