📋 Description

• As the VP of CX Advisory, you will be at the forefront of our growth, driving new client acquisition and expanding our reach within the BPO and CX technology landscape. • Your responsibilities will be: 90% Individual Sales Contributions: Travel to industry and vertical-specific events to meet with prospects. • Combine pre-event outreach to build a core of meetings with tenacious curiosity at the event to start additional new client conversations. • Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through strategic networking, direct prospecting, and leveraging your extensive professional network. • Build and nurture strong referral relationships, expediting growth through a shortened sales cycle (good referrals extend trust) • Master the Outsource Consultants value proposition, articulating how our position at the nexus of supply and demand, labor and technology in the CX space allows us to deliver unmatched value to clients. • Qualify marketing leads and convert them into robust sales opportunities. • Leverage internal resources to build an unstoppable “team sell” approach that brings broad expertise to our advisory process. • Use in-person meetings (nationwide travel) as appropriate to expedite the sales process and close more revenue. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation to close, effectively overcoming objections through a consultative, solution-oriented approach and supporting our partners in signing the client. • Ensure a high opportunity closing percentage through proficiency in a sell-to/sell-with motion. • Initially selling to the CX decision maker/s (sell-to), and then helping them secure executive sign off by helping articulate how the project aligns with high-level business goals (sell-with). • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs, quarterly goals, and annual sales quotas. • Maintain meticulous records of prospects and opportunities within our CRM (Zoho), ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management. • Manage client and supplier (BPO and SaaS/ AI providers) expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the engagement. • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on major call center services, industries, and emerging CX software trends. • 10% Strategy & Process Improvement: Contribute to weekly sales strategy meetings, offering insights and feedback to enhance department performance. • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop successful support, channel, and partner programs. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies. • Participate in testing and refining CRM enhancements to optimize sales processes. • Travel as needed to attend industry conferences, client meetings, and strategic events. • Continuously refine and document sales processes based on industry experience and client feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Advisory & Sales Experience: 5+ years of direct sales and advisory experience within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Call Center outsourcing, or Customer Experience (CX) software industry (AI tech, CcaaS), with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. • Experience in both areas is highly preferred. • Demonstrated experience in new business development and client account retention. • Extensive experience leveraging LinkedIn and/or Sales Navigator, with a strong existing presence and a large network of contact center and CX executive connections (preferably 10K+ connections). • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities. • Technical Experience: 5+ years of experience utilizing CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce proficiency preferred). • Familiarity with Mac and/or PC and cloud-based software. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Calendar. • Experience and strong comfort with AI tools for efficiency improvements (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) • Experience with conference calling and video collaboration platforms. • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business management, sales & marketing management, or communications is preferred. • MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.
