📋 Description

• Manage and update WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog content • Develop and implement organic SEO strategies to boost traffic and rankings • Plan and manage social media content, scheduling, and audience engagement • Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics, with improvement recommendations • Handle basic customer service/VA tasks such as email support and online inquiries • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing (required) • 1-2 years experience supporting Australian clients (required) • Strong hands-on WordPress website management skills • Solid background in organic SEO strategies, tools, and best practices • Experience in basic customer service and VA tasks, including email support • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Highly organised, creative, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
