They provide advice on particular detailing to improve your every day experience whilst adding value to your home. • Key Responsibilities • Documentation • Prepare technical documents, including blueprints, CAD drawings, and presentation boards. • Maintain accurate project documentation for use in construction and planning. • Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and project requirements. • 3D Modelling and Rendering • Create detailed and realistic 3D models and architectural visualisations using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. • Produce high-quality renders for presentations, including interior and exterior designs. • Apply materials, textures, lighting, and effects to enhance visual appeal. • Drafting and Design Support • Develop architectural plans, elevations, and sections using Revit. • Assist in designing layouts and structural details while adhering to project specifications and standards. • Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects or clients. • Collaboration and Communication • Work closely with architects and designers to support project goals and timelines. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the seamless exchange of ideas and updates. • Assist in client presentations by preparing visual aids and answering queries about designs. • Project Coordination • Coordinate with other team members to integrate design elements into cohesive architectural plans. • Support the architect in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. • Provide input on materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with design concepts. • Software Proficiency • Use Revit for creating detailed construction drawings and collaborative modelling. • Leverage 3ds Max and Corona for producing realistic visualisations. • Apply additional tools like Photoshop or SketchUp for design enhancements as needed. • Problem-Solving and Innovation • Proactively identify potential design challenges and propose creative solutions. • Research and stay updated on the latest architectural software and rendering techniques. • Quality Assurance • Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project briefs. • Ensure rendered images meet client expectations in terms of quality and detail.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max and Corona Renderer. • Strong 3D rendering and visualisation skills. • Knowledge of architectural documentation and drafting techniques. • Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
