📋 Description
•We are a fast-paced Australian meat export business specialising in air-freight shipments to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. •With increasing shipment volumes and internalising parts of our operation, we’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Freight Finance & Administration Officer to support the day-to-day financial processes related to freight management.
🎯 Requirements
•Prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping. •Strong reconciliation skills and a high attention to detail. •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using spreadsheets for tracking financial data. •Experience with Xero accounting software (certification is a plus). •Ability to follow processes accurately and work independently. •Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. •Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-moving export business. •Comfortable working directly with a business owner and taking ownership of daily tasks.
