📋 Description

• Lead accurate month-end reconciliations, ensuring all accounts are balanced, discrepancies are resolved, and financial data integrity is maintained. • Oversee the entire month-end closing process, preparing accurate and timely financial statements that align with industry best practices and organizational goals. • Conduct detailed reviews of bank statements, verifying transactions, identifying irregularities, and ensuring alignment with the general ledger. • Manage credit card reconciliations across departments, validating charges, coding expenses correctly, and maintaining compliance with internal controls. • Prepare financial reports, highlight trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support decision-making in a technology-driven, FDA-regulated industry. • Utilize NetSuite ERP to streamline accounting workflows, optimize reporting structures, and ensure scalability as the business grows within the dental/medical device sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5.5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within medical devices, dental technology, life sciences, or related regulated industries. • Proven hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is mandatory, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maximize its accounting modules. • Deep understanding of reconciliations, month-end close, GAAP compliance, and internal controls. • Strong ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and provide solutions that align with operational and regulatory requirements. • Exceptional accuracy in reconciliations, transaction coding, and financial documentation to support compliance and audit readiness. • Familiarity with medical technology, dental products, or FDA-regulated environments is preferred to ensure understanding of compliance-driven financial practices.
