⢠Oversee all US financial operations and controls ⢠Prepare and review monthly US GAAP-aligned management accounts ⢠Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting ⢠Ensure integrity of the general ledger and supporting schedules ⢠Coordinate US tax compliance, including sales tax and filings ⢠Liaise with US CPAs, tax advisors, and auditors ⢠Ensure timely and accurate statutory and regulatory reporting ⢠Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts ⢠Monitor performance vs budget and analyse variances ⢠Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making ⢠Own and optimise QuickBooks Online and finance workflows ⢠Design scalable finance processes and internal controls ⢠Improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
đŻ Requirements
⢠Min 4.5 years ⢠Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant supporting US entities ⢠Exposure to US sales tax (multi-state preferred) ⢠Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards ⢠Experience managing QuickBooks-based finance functions ⢠Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
