• Execute integrated paid search and SEO campaigns on a defined portfolio of test accounts as part of active product and service development initiatives. • Build landing page shells by importing CSS from property websites as a foundation for senior SEO optimization - you set up the structure, senior team members handle strategic optimization and go-live decisions. • Contribute to the design and refinement of blended optimization workflows that span channels, helping build the repeatable processes that underpin new service offerings. • Support the testing and validation of new integrated service models, including emerging channel opportunities such as Connected TV (CTV) and other formats being evaluated by channel leadership. • Document learnings, insights, and workflow refinements in a structured way that supports product iteration and future team onboarding. • Implement technical and on-page SEO optimizations, including metadata updates, redirects, alt tagging, sitemap updates, and robots.txt testing. • Execute schema implementation (apartment, FAQ, and review markup) per documented SOPs and technical audit findings. • Execute paid media optimizations, including targeting adjustments, budget updates, and performance refinements aligned to an integrated search strategy. • Support local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, Uberall listings, and local citation building and auditing across platforms. • Maintain execution accuracy and consistency across all campaign updates and deliverables. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across SEO and paid channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Track key performance metrics including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and cost per acquisition to support data-driven campaign decisions. • Identify and document actionable optimization insights per account each month that drive campaign improvements and testing initiatives. • Diagnose performance fluctuations or technical risks and escalate findings with clear context and recommended next steps within 24-48 hours. • Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, and Account Management teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and workflows remain efficient. • Assist in preparing performance reports and summaries for internal teams. • Contribute to internal documentation and reporting improvements that strengthen how the team communicates campaign performance and product outcomes. • Stay current on search algorithm updates, paid media platform changes, AI-driven marketing tools, and emerging channel developments.
• 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in both SEO and paid search. • Dual-channel experience is required for this role. • Paid search experience is required; paid social experience is preferred. • Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console. • Experience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets, including Google Business Profile optimization. • Experience conducting website audits and implementing ongoing SEO recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations. • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance insights and campaign updates. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • Familiarity with Unbounce or similar landing page platforms. • Experience with schema markup implementation (apartment, FAQ, or review structured data). • Familiarity with local listing platforms including Uberall, Mapbox, Apple Maps, or Bing Local. • Familiarity with emerging AI integrations in search and digital marketing and how they may impact strategy and execution. • Experience or genuine interest in Connected TV (CTV), programmatic, or other emerging digital channels. • Experience contributing to workflow documentation, SOPs, or process improvement in a team setting.
