📋 Description

• Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other relevant sources • Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads • Conduct outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation activities • Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system • Schedule meetings and product/service discussions between qualified prospects and the sales team • Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion opportunities • Track lead-generation performance and prepare regular reports on outreach, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a similar role • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally • Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other sales tools • Strong research, prospecting, follow-up, and organizational skills • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
