đź“‹ Description

• Process daily transactions in our cloud-based accounting system. • Post monthly journals, recurring, accrual, and payroll entries. • Maintain general ledger, incl. account reconciliation and resolving of discrepancies. • Encoding and reconciliation of bank statements. • Manage Accounts Payable, incl. PO creation, monitoring of vendor statements, preparing vendor payments, and resolving payment disputes. • Manage Accounts Receivable, incl. generating of sales invoices, AR collection and dispute resolution, and processing of billing adjustments and refunds. • Manage month-end closing, and assist in reporting and analysis of the financial statement, balance sheet, and P&L. • Assisting the Accounting Manager with audits, forecasting, and other financial planning. • Assist team members where needed to accomplish department goals. • Prepare ad-hoc reports to the management as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study • CPA certification is a strong plus • 3 years of progressive experience working in Accounting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly detail-oriented • Able to analyze financial records • Self-motivated and independent • Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize • Advanced MS Excel skills. • Experience with online accounting system QuickBooks. • Knowledge of US GAAP. • Willing to work during US Eastern Standard Time working hours.
