📋 Description
• Execute journal entries, period-end accruals, prepaid expenses, and cash allocations for multi-currency global entities • Own high-volume account reconciliations for cash, accruals, and other current receivables/payables • Investigate and resolve balance sheet variances within month-end close deadlines • Partner with Procurement, AP, and AR operations to resolve ledger mismatches and ensure cut-off accuracy • Prepare audit schedules and provide documented evidence for regional external audit requests • Identify close-process bottlenecks • Participate in NetSuite optimization and workflow automation projects • Ensure compliance with local and global accounting standards and internal controls
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Master’s degree or progress toward an accounting certification is advantageous • 1–3 years of professional accounting experience • Experience ideally within a multinational corporate environment • Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, including debits/credits, expense recognition, and matching principle • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong time-management skills to meet strict deadlines • Professional fluency in English, written and spoken • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory • Experience with NetSuite or a similar tier-1 ERP is highly advantageous
