• Triage and resolve day-to-day systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack. • Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root cause, and implement durable fixes. • Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects — gathering requirements, designing the solution, building, testing, documenting, and driving adoption. • Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, formula fields, page layouts, permissions, and data imports. • Implement SOPs and system controls to maintain Salesforce as a trusted source of truth. • Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, release notes, and new hire onboarding content for GTM systems. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to gather requirements, improve workflows.
• 2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment. • Hands-on Salesforce experience including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data imports — not just familiarity. • Experience troubleshooting integrations and sync issues across connected GTM tools (CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, sales engagement platforms, etc.). • Strong data quality instincts — enforcing data rules, managing hygiene projects, and keeping Salesforce a trusted source of truth. • Exposure to workflow automation tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n) or genuine interest in applying AI to GTM operations is a strong plus.
