📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume recruiting roles • Build and run sourcing strategies that reach the best of overseas talent pools • Own end-to-end coordination for a high volume of open requisitions, from intake through offer, across multiple teams and time zones • Manage candidate communication so every applicant, hired or not, leaves with a strong impression of Overjet • Help keep our ATS clean, current, and accurate so hiring data is trustworthy at any moment • Partner directly with hiring managers based in the US to understand role needs and translate them into strong candidate searches • Flag pipeline bottlenecks early and propose fixes rather than waiting for someone else to notice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country • Experience recruiting or supporting high-volume recruiting for a US-based startup with international reach • Ability to work US hours • Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the moment requires, regardless of title • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment • Comfort working in an ATS (we use Ashby) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once. Experience with Juicebox is a plus!
