• Lead a team of applications engineers and technicians to deliver end-to-end factory deployments • Own deployment schedules, staffing, readiness, execution, and stabilization across multiple factories and production lines • Drive stable inspections, acceptance criteria completion, and handoff to customer operations • Build repeatable deployment playbooks that reduce time-to-production and increase customer self-sufficiency • Hire, train, coach, and manage a high-performance field team across regions • Establish execution standards, operating cadences, escalation paths, documentation, and quality bars • Lead customer stakeholders across process, quality, automation, and factory management • Manage scope, prevent scope creep, align customer resources, and maintain deployment momentum • Create onboarding and training frameworks, checklists, commissioning templates, project dashboards, post-mortems, and continuous-improvement processes • Track deployment cycle time, blockers, time-to-stability, acceptance rate, and expansion readiness • Translate field issues into product improvements involving diagnostics, workflows, installation standards, tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities • Collaborate with global engineering and product teams to remove recurring deployment friction
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English, written and spoken • Proven track record leading complex, multi-site technical deployments in manufacturing environments • Strong program/project management ability; ability to run multiple workstreams, prioritize ruthlessly, and keep people aligned • Experience leading teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and developing strong individual contributors • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management from factory floor to customer executives and global teams • High ownership, high discipline, and high energy • Ability to travel regularly to Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nantong, and possibly Vietnam and Malaysia • Travel frequency of 70% or above • Strongly preferred: experience in high-tempo EMS, automotive, battery, or electronics manufacturing environments • Strongly preferred: familiarity with AI inspection, machine vision, or automation deployments • Strongly preferred: ability to navigate ambiguity, incomplete information, and shifting constraints without losing momentum
