• 根据既定工作目标及区域市场情况，合理制定工作计划并进行及时跟踪、修正、改进。 • 对区域资源进行分析、管理、分配，及时进行总结和优化。 • 构建高效团队，营造合规经营和诚信文化，对区域人员进行专业培训并制定个人发展计划。 • 与医疗卫生专业人士建立常态化学术沟通渠道，把握机会，拓展新业务。 • 建立跨部门跨区域沟通沟通机制，保障区域内外的沟通效率和质量。 • 严格遵守公司的道德行为规范（OEC）政策，有效地执行公司的市场计划。 • 及时上报日常工作中发现的与公司产品相关的药品不良事件，如有需要，配合PV收集所需信息。 • 遵守适用法律法规、行业规范以及公司政策要求，在工作中践行公司价值观和诚信合规原则。
🎯 Requirements
• 本科及以上学历，医学、药学或相关专业毕业。 • 五年以上医药行业工作经验，其中两年以上团队管理经验。 • 具备良好的英文听说读写能力。 • 良好的医学理解和市场规划及贯彻能力。 • 优秀的分析，沟通及解决问题能力。 • 良好的表达及跨部门合作。 • 按照公司要求承担相应的出差任务。
