📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, transformation layers, and data products with clear documentation. • Define best practices for testing, data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, and data quality frameworks. • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and product engineering to translate business goals into sound technical designs. • Proactively monitor pipeline health and optimize data infrastructure so teams can depend on trustworthy data. • Support team growth through code reviews, technical pairing, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional data engineering experience with a proven track record designing end-to-end data systems. • Solid expertise in SQL and Python. • Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. • Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt. • Practical experience building and operating batch or streaming pipelines. • Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster. • Ability to write clear technical specifications and explain complex trade-offs to technical and non-technical colleagues. • Openness to feedback, curiosity to learn, and drive to make an impact. • Preferred but not required: experience with streaming architectures, infrastructure-as-code, or high-growth health-tech environments.
