📋 Description

• Translate operational needs by bridging business workflows and technical implementation and translating requirements into clear specifications for AI solutions. • Design, test, and continuously improve AI agent workflows using prompt engineering and modern AI techniques such as structured prompting, iteration, and evaluation. • Create lightweight automations and integrations connecting the AI agent with core data and tools used by operational teams. • Systematically test agent outputs, document findings, and measure improvements to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, and Platform colleagues on ad-hoc operational requests and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German. • Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) to build lightweight scripts or automations. • Practical interest and hands-on experimentation with large language models, AI tools, and prompt engineering. • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down real-world processes into clear, logical steps. • Clear communication skills with the confidence to talk to non-technical stakeholders and translate their feedback into requirements. • High curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to learn, iterate, and experiment quickly. • Familiarity with AI/agent frameworks or platforms (such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar tools). • Interest in process improvement, business operations, digital health, or healthcare environments.
